Please Note, by paying (partial or full payments) for your makeover you are agreeing to the Design Terms on this page. Downpayment of 60% is expected to secure a spot in our Design Timeline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Designs So Pretty\u00a0<strong>does not<\/strong>\u00a0offer Refunds for partial or full payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Copyright<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>I retain intellectual property of your design, and require that all parts of the design remain intact. I retain all copyright ownership unless the copyright is purchased for an additional fee. Every Design, Illustration, Logo, is a reflection of my design capabilities and talents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Communication<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>After your Design Form is submitted, a 15 min complimentary call will be scheduled to chat about all the fun details of your project. This can be done via Zoom or Phone Call. Once your project is started, we may email, call, Zoom, at designated times to get your project going. This process often requires many quick emails and\/or communicating using Zoom or voice chat. The more we can communicate the faster we can get your new design finished and installed. This is also important so I can stay on schedule for your design, current clients and future clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Permissions<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Obtaining copyrights and permission for any photos or design elements is the responsibility of the client. Designs So Pretty is in no way responsible or liable for photos or design elements provided by the client. Please get permission BEFORE you provide them to Designs So Pretty. We recommend purchasing stock photos to prevent any issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Compatibility<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>With so many browsers out there and several versions, Designs So Pretty asks that you make sure you update your browser to the most current version offered. I recommend the most current version of Safari or Chrome.
